What are your office hours?
From 8AM to 6PM, but our catering services are available 24/7. You can leave a message at any time and we’ll call you back ASAP (no later than 8AM the following day). You can also call the store directly for following-day orders.
Is there a minimum requirement for catering services?
There is no minimum!
How do I place a catering order?
Just give us a call at 708.317.8865.
How do I schedule a delivery? Do you have an option for pick-up?
We offer both delivery and pick-up services (a delivery fee is included). Your delivery time is scheduled at the time your order is placed.
Can I create custom labels for each meat? If so, is there any extra charge?
We can custom label each meat at no extra charge.
What are my payment options?
We accept cash on delivery, or we accept debit/credit card at the time your order is placed. We do not retain card information unless you ask us to do so. We also allow house accounts that are billed monthly. For more information, you can give us a call at 708.317.8865.
What is your order cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order at any time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your delivery/pick-up time, we will bill for 50% of the order.
